Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and the estimates and information we provide. By using this website or calling us, you agree to them.
Independent Professionals
Work is performed by independent professionals. Dumpster delivery, hauling and disposal are carried out by independent professionals who set their own prices, schedules and terms. Any agreement for dumpster rental is between you and the professional who performs the work, and the professional's terms for that work apply.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information you give us, such as the size, the debris, the rental days and the address. Final pricing can change if the project, the debris, the weight or the site differs from what you described. National figures shown on this website come from published sources, are labeled as national averages and are not quotes for your job.
Information on This Website
The information on this website is general. Rules for permits, placement, disposal rates and prohibited materials come from public sources and change over time. Confirm them with the City of Punta Gorda, Charlotte County or the Charlotte County Landfill before you rely on them for a specific job.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, to keep prohibited materials out of the dumpster, to keep the delivery spot clear and accessible, and to follow local rules for the placement and use of the container. Extra charges can apply for overweight loads, extra days, blocked access or prohibited materials.
Limitation of Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Dumpster Rental Punta Gorda FL is not liable for damages that arise from your use of this website or from work performed by independent professionals.
